Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@upperbouncetrampoline.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
